Finn is a personal-finance assistant that runs on Telegram. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.
Account: your Telegram ID and username, language and currency.
Finances you log: expenses, income, bills and reports — amounts, categories and descriptions you provide.
Assistant usage: messages exchanged with the AI to give context to replies.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never store your card data.
To run the service you asked for: recording and organizing your finances, generating reports and answering in chat. Legal basis: performance of the requested service and your consent in using the app.
We use processors acting on our behalf: Telegram (messaging), Cloudflare (infrastructure and AI) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on infrastructure with encryption at rest. Your AI chat content gets an additional encryption layer. Administrative access is restricted and audited.
We keep your data while your account is active. AI chat history is automatically deleted after 90 days. You can erase everything at any time (section 7).
Directly in the app (privacy icon) you can export all your data (a JSON copy sent to your chat) and permanently delete your entire account and data. You may also request correction or clarification via the contact below.
As the service is global, your data may be processed on servers outside your country, always with appropriate safeguards.
