By using Golden Finn ("Finn", the "service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Finn is an assistant that runs inside Telegram to let you log and organize your expenses by project — via text, audio or photo — and receive reminders and reports.
Finn is not a financial institution, does not connect to your bank accounts, does not move money, and does not provide investment advice or financial advice of any kind. The information is organizational only; decisions about your money are your responsibility.
You access the service with your Telegram account and are responsible for what you record in it. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to overload the infrastructure, and not to circumvent usage limits.
The service is offered as a monthly subscription of R$ 24.90.
New users may start a 7-day free trial. The trial requires a card to activate, but nothing is charged during the period. If you cancel during the trial, access ends immediately and nothing is charged.
After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. If you cancel a subscription you have already paid for, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
AI usage is subject to fair-use daily limits that renew each day. This protects the service from abuse and keeps the price affordable.
You may refer Finn with a personal link. For each active subscription made through your link, you earn a recurring commission of R$ 4.98 (20%) for as long as the referred person remains subscribed.
Commissions are paid via Stripe and require a valid payout account. Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts, spam) are prohibited and result in forfeiture of commissions. We may adjust or end the program with notice in the app.
You can cancel anytime, from the chat itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We strive to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information Finn organizes, nor for outages of third-party services (such as Telegram and Stripe). Nothing in these Terms removes rights granted to consumers by law.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use after an update means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
